2)Loose weight eating "resistance starch". This is carbohydrate that does not breakdown into sugar and hence it acts like fibre. It makes you feel full after a meal, happy AND loose belly fat.
3)Watch out for the new universal flu vaccine. A single vaccine can protect you from all strains of flu, H1N1, Bird Flu, common flu, permanently. But we have to wait about 5 more years before it will be available at the GPs.
