The first part of the video contains a very detailed description of the process. Parts of it are not required in our syllabus for O or N Levels but very interesting anyway.

Aerobic respiration, anaerobic respiration (alcoholic fermentation in yeast cells and lactic acid formation in muscle cells) found in the last one third are very good
